Valexo is made by Woodmont Interactive LLC. This policy covers the Valexo iPhone app (including beta versions) and this website.

The short version

• Valexo has no ads and no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
• We never sell your data.
• If you give us your email, we use it only to send Valexo news.

Mailing list

If you sign up on this website, we store your email address, the date you signed up, and the page or link you came from. Signups are delivered through Zapier and stored in Mailchimp. We use your email only to send launch news and beta updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

Website analytics

This website uses Plausible Analytics to count visits. Plausible doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect or store personal data. It records pages viewed, the referring site, and your browser, operating system, device type and country. Your IP address is used only to generate a daily-rotating anonymous identifier and is never stored. Plausible is hosted in the EU, and we can't use this data to identify you or follow you across other websites.

In the app

• Gameplay data: scores, stats, settings and unlocks are saved on your device.
• Usage analytics: the app sends anonymous usage events (for example, that a session started or a round ended, and its score) to TelemetryDeck, using a random ID generated on your device. It isn't linked to your name, email or Apple ID, and isn't used for advertising.
• Game Center: if you're signed in, leaderboards and achievements are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
• Beta testing: if you join through TestFlight, Apple shares the feedback, screenshots and crash reports you send with us, as described in Apple's TestFlight terms.

Children

Valexo isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
